Since 2009, Andreas Frühwirt and Axel Kronberger have been providing culinary delights in the Pinzgau region.
History
It all started with the Knödelbaron. Handcrafted dumpling specialties were created from well-guarded family recipes and supplied to restaurants and retailers. Today, around 1.2 million dumplings are produced annually. This was followed by the opening of the first Burger Baron branches. From the beginning, the focus was on offering high quality at an affordable price. Our own central production facility continues to supply all of our businesses on a daily basis, guaranteeing consistently high quality. With two ADEG stores, the company also ensures local supply in Pinzgau communities. In the following years, the Burgerfactory in Zell am See, three ski lodges, and the first hotel—the Platzhirsch Hotel in Piesendorf—were added. So, a dumpling idea developed into a company that today stands for diversity, quality, and Baron style.
